1. General provisions
These terms of sale set out the rules for buying products on the website run by Applaynt Ltd. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
2. Orders
The order constitutes a purchase proposal by the customer. The order is deemed accepted at the time of our confirmation, communicated by email or telephone. We reserve the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent orders.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the site are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Payment methods
Payment is made by cash on delivery (cash payment on delivery). The amount to be paid to the courier corresponds to the total of the order, including any shipping costs indicated during the order process.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped by express courier. Delivery times are indicative and generally between 2 and 5 working days from order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the product, in accordance with our Returns Policy. The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
7. Guarantee and liability
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, with a duration of 24 months from the date of purchase. For household appliances and electrical equipment, the guarantee covers defects of conformity and manufacturing, but not damage resulting from improper use, insufficient maintenance or normal wear.
8. Product safety
All appliances sold comply with European safety regulations (CE marking). It is the customer's responsibility to read and follow the instructions provided with each product and to comply with the safety indications for correct installation and use.
9. Intellectual property
All the contents of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics) are the property of Applaynt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
10. Applicable law and competent court
These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
