Returns Policy

1. Right of return

Changed your mind? You can send back what you bought within 30 days of receiving it, no explanation required, as provided for by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Conditions for the return

In order to make a return, the product must:

• Be intact and unused
• Be in the original packaging, complete with all accessories
• Show no signs of wear, damage or alterations caused by the customer
• Be accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation

For household appliances, the product may only have been switched on to verify its correct operation. Products that show signs of prolonged use, dirt, food residue or wear of consumable parts (filters, seals, accessories) cannot be accepted.

3. How to request a return

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@applaynt.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive a confirmation with the instructions for shipping the return.
3. Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transport.
4. Ship the package to the address indicated in the return instructions.

4. Shipping costs for the return

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).

5. Refund

Once the product has been received and its compliance with the return conditions has been verified, we will process the refund within 14 working days.

The refund will be made by bank transfer or using the same payment method used for the purchase. Since payment is made by cash on delivery, we will ask you for your bank details for the refund transfer.

The refund will include the price of the product. The original shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases provided for by law.

6. Defective or damaged products

If the product received is defective, damaged during transport or does not comply with what was ordered, you are entitled to replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the defect and the packaging.

7. Legal guarantee

Regardless of the 30-day right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of malfunctions during this period, contact us for the warranty assistance procedure.
